Products
Please read the product description, measurements, fabric and care information before ordering. We take care to represent our pieces accurately. Hand printing and embroidery can create small variations, and screen settings can affect colour. These characteristics do not excuse goods being faulty or materially different from their description. If a detail is missing or important to your choice, contact us before buying.
Placing an order
Select your product and available option, choose a quantity, review your bag and enter the required delivery and payment details. You can correct errors before placing the order. Orders are placed in English. Please check your delivery address carefully.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; our acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for the affected goods. If there is an obvious pricing or product error, we will contact you so you can choose whether to proceed with the correct information or cancel for a refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless another currency is expressly displayed. UK retail prices include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. Payment is due when you place your order using one of the methods displayed at checkout. We will not charge an optional extra without your agreement.
Delivery
See our Delivery & Returns page for destinations, services and weight-based charges. UK delivery is to mainland addresses only. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period, such as a pre-order date, is agreed with you.
If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain your options. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you identify, subject to any exceptions under applicable law. Your rights to cancel for non-delivery are not excluded.
International duties, taxes and customs
International product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and for paying these charges in the destination country.
Please check the requirements with your local customs authority before ordering. Customs checks can delay delivery. Import charges paid to a courier or customs authority are separate from payments made to us; any repayment of those charges must be requested from the relevant authority or provider.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel an online order, return goods and obtain a refund, including the optional cancellation form. For a change of mind, notify us within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within the following 14 days. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods continue independently of this period.
Using this website
Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Our original photographs, wording and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may save and print information for your own shopping and records; commercial reuse requires permission.
Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. These retail terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable.
