We Essential Designs London Understand how important it is for you to receive your item quickly and hassle-free, therefore we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Most of our international deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, so please specify an address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Returns

You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 15 days of the date of delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely in unused condition.

Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of the return carriage. We always advise obtaining proof of the return. The return address is: Unit 2.23, International House, 1110 Great West Road, Brentford – TW8 0GP
