• The Gift Vouchers is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and the same cannot be extended under any circumstances.

• The Gift Voucher code will have to be provided at the time of redemption and in case of lost or tempered code, no refund in cash or credit note will be issued.

• The gift voucher cannot be exchanged in cash/refund or returned.
